2. Appointments Cancellations and Rescheduling
Scheduling: Appointments may be booked via phone, email, or our online portal.
Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide timely notice result incur a fee of £30
Late Arrivals: Patients arriving late may receive a shortened session to avoid delays for others.
No-Shows: Missed appointments without prior notice will be charged the full appointment fee.
Exceptions: Fees may be waived for documented emergencies (e.g., medical crises, accidents) at the clinic’s discretion.
Refund Policy Consultations & Treatments*
Completed Services: Fees for rendered services (e.g., consultations, procedures) are non-refundable
Dissatisfaction: Concerns about care quality will be reviewed case-by-case; resolution may include a complimentary follow-up or partial credit.
3. Fees & Payment
Payment: Fees are due at the time of booking appointment or after treatment.
Accepted Methods: Cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved methods (e.g. contactless payments).
Deposits: Certain treatments (e.g., custom orthotics) require a non-refundable deposit.
Insurance: Patients with private insurance must verify coverage directly with their provider. The Clinic does not guarantee reimbursement.
4. Treatment & Medical Records
Qualifications: All treatments are performed by podiatrists/ Chiropodist and foot health practitioner [Relevant Regulatory Body, e.g., HCPC).
Medical History: Patients must disclose accurate medical information. Failure to do so may impact treatment outcomes.
Records: Medical records are stored securely for 7 years (or as required by law) and managed in compliance with GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
5. Liability & Consent
Outcomes: While we adhere to evidence-based practices, specific results cannot be guaranteed.
Informed Consent: Risks and benefits of treatments will be explained prior to procedures. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
Limitation of Liability: The Clinic is not liable for:
– Issues arising from failure to follow post-treatment advice.
– Indirect or consequential damages (e.g., loss of earnings).
– Emergencies: In urgent situations, treatment may proceed without explicit consent to prevent harm.
6. Patient Responsibilities
Health & Safety: Follow all clinic instructions, including infection control protocols. Inform staff of contagious conditions.
Post-Treatment Care: Adhere to provide guidelines and attend follow-up appointments as advised.
7. Privacy & Data Protection

Data Rights: Patients may request access, rectification, or erasure of their data by contacting the Clinic.
